These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PathRa website, application, and services operated by EquiLux ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

PathRa provides interactive 3D map and navigation experiences for festivals, venues, and events. Our services include:

3D photorealistic venue mapping powered by Gaussian Splatting
Interactive wayfinding and navigation
Event schedule and artist profile integration
Progressive Web App (PWA) for offline access

2. Pilot Program

By applying to our Pilot Program, you acknowledge that:

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
We will review your application and respond within a reasonable timeframe
Pilot program terms, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon separately in a formal agreement
Information provided in your application will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the PathRa website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and 3D renderings, is the property of EquiLux and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

4. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

Use the services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our application
Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
Submit false or misleading information through any forms

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EquiLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Third-Party Services

Our application may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
